We're overjoyed to have you as part of the Mikenia ActiveWear family! Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, don't sweat it-we've got you covered! Here's our super simple return policy:

**30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee**

You have 30 days from the date you receive your McKenna ActiveWear items to decide if they're the perfect fit for you. If not, no worries! You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags still attached. 

**Easy Return Steps**

1. "Contact Us": Shoot us an email at Service@mikenia.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Our friendly team will get back to you with a return authorization.

2. "Pack It Up": Place the items you're returning in their original packaging (if you still have it) and include the return slip our team provides.

 3. "Ship It": Use the prepaid return label we send you to ship your items back. Just attach it to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

"Refunds and Processing**

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. It's that simple!

**Exchanges**

Love the style but need a different size or coluor? No problem! Just let us know in your return request, and we'll happily set up an exchange for you, subject to stock availability.

**A Few Small Exceptions**

  •  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to be eligible for a return. 
  •  Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  •  Gift cards are non-refundable. 
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description can't be returned.
