Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Mikenia has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost and Stolen Items

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
