SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE SECURITY OF MY CREDIT CARD?

Shopping at MIKENIA is completely safe and secure! Here at MIKENIA, we understand the importance of protecting your personal information. Any information (credit card information) that you enter on the website when placing an order will be treated as confidential. MIKENIA is PCI compliant, and we do not retain your credit card data or share any of your personal information with third parties.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering wholesale pricing. However, we would love to hear about any opportunities that come up. Please feel free to email us at Customer_service@mikenia.com.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking code will be provided to the customers once the orders are shipped. You can also log into your account on the website and check your order status. If you have not received an email containing the tracking code, please send us a request at Customer_service@mikenia.com.

You can use the tracking code to track your order using the following methods:

  1. Click on the website of the courier company and enter the tracking code.
  2. Track your order using the courier company mobile application.
  3. Call courier customer service to track your order.
  4. Send us a request at Customer_service@mikenia.com.

DO I HAVE AN OPTION TO CHANGE AN EXISTING ORDER?

If you have already received an email confirming the order, you have already taken the first step to completing your order. Your order cannot be canceled or amended since the order has already been placed and the order confirmation has already been sent. You can only return or exchange the order once you have received it. If you wish to return or exchange the order you have placed, please refer to our Return Policy.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?

Before checking out, pleasemake sure that all your information isaccurate. Wewouldappreciateit if youcould let us know as soon as possible if any changes need to be made. Getting in touch as soon as possible will enable us to help you more quickly. Please note thatwe are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. It is not possible for us to refund or replace thisorder.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN MY ORDER?

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the item in its original condition and packaging. If preferred, we will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size/color. Unfortunately, shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at Customer_service@mikenia.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll process your return as soon as possible after receiving your request. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
  3. Your refund will be issued through PayPal or the credit card used during checkout.
  4. Returns should be sent via insured mail service such as UPS or FedEx.

CAN I CANCEL / EXCHANGE THE ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please email us at Customer_service@mikenia.com with your order number and reasons for return. We will exchange any defective or damaged item upon receipt of the order. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise back within 15 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you send your package back via a trackable shipping service. Please keep in mind that the shipping charges are not refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.

I BOUGHT A SALE ITEM; CAN I RETURN IT?

All discounted items are final sale. This means that they can not be returned or exchanged.

 I RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT; CAN YOU HELP ME?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Our customer's satisfaction is our top most priority. In case you receive the wrong product, please reach out with your order number, images of the packing slip and incorrect item, and the barcode of the bag that contained the wrong item. We’ll assist you in resolving this issue and you’ll not be charged any extra fee for returning this item.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please visit our website at www.mikenia.com to purchase our products online. Simply choose your favorite products and add them to cart. Then, apply a coupon (if you have one), make payment via G Pay, or click on check out. Once you have added your personal and billing details, click on the Place Order button. CAN I ORDER ON MESSENGER OTHER THAN THE WEBSITE?

We ship worldwide! Our goal is to provide comfort and the highest quality Activewear at competitive prices. To learn more about our products, please visit our website.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU USE?

We ship worldwide! UPS, DHL, and FedEx are our primary shipping partners for shipping our products. We use several different shipping methods when fulfilling orders, mainly depending on the order’s size, weight, and destination. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you want to know which shipping service we use for your particular order.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150, and a flat rate of $15 for orders under $150. For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $25. Please note that all international orders will be subject to a shipping fee that only covers the cost of transportation. Unfortunately, the shipping fee does not include any import duties or taxes that the government of the destination country may impose. In addition, we are not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or tariffs that may occur in the destination country. For returns and exchanges, we charge a flat rate of $15. Alternatively, customers may pay for their own shipping as long as there is tracking number so that we know the item has been shipped and received.  

If the customer chooses to pay for shipping, they must provide us with a tracking number so that we know when their item has been shipped and delivered. 

If you would like to return your order, please email us at Customer_service@mikenia.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number in the body of the email. We will respond with instructions on how to return your product. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We work hard to get your order processed and shipped out as soon as possible! Our standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that during our peak seasons and launch periods, additional processing time may be required. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If it has been more than five business days since you received your tracking label but your order has not shipped, please reach out to us via email.

WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and link so you can track your package. Once you have that tracking number, you can visit the shipping company’s website and enter your tracking number to receive updated shipping information.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC PAYMENT MODES THAT OUR WEBSITE ACCEPTS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and debit cards, as well as payments via PayPal and Stripe. You can also choose to use your debit or credit card without having a PayPal account – simply enter your card details into our checkout form. However, we do not accept direct deposits or cheques. 

Our payment gateway is PCI compliant, and we’re always working to add more payment gateways to make things even more convenient for us.
